Your customer in the crosshairs
We know that there’s no such thing as ‘the customer’. There are different types of customers with many similarities and with differences in expectations, desires and behaviours. Who are your customers? What do they look like? How do they behave and what drives them to do business with you? This workshop gives your organisation insight into your customers.
Participants work together to make several customer personas and to identify what the different personas find important in their relationship with your business. We help them to identify customer expectations and become aware of the added value that you offer through your products and services. By translating insights into customer personas, participants leave this workshop with an understanding of the different customer types, and their expectations and what makes them tick.
