Putting the customer at the center of your business. The Customer Centric Leadership Challenge is a combination of mindset, skillset and toolset to focus you and your organization in three steps:
- Analyze the current maturity of your organization with regard to customer focus. You reflect on your customer promises and challenge yourself and your organization to identify the proof in your daily practice. How customer-oriented are we – really? What are our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks? We activate and motivate people to be more customer-oriented in their daily practice, in their own way.
- Deepen the skills for customer-oriented leadership to make your employees aware, involved and competent to bring the interests of the customer together with the interests of the company. You will create a customer strategy on 1 A4 to guide you and your organization in how you will make a difference. A 30-60-90 day plan helps you to identify priorities and take the first step.
- Work together in practice by delivering results in the first 90 days. With your own customer experience coach, you will implement your first priority and show visible and measurable results to stakeholders in your organization.
